PTSA General Meeting- March 10, 2010
There will be a meeting at the Sandhill campus held at 3:45PM on March 10, 2010 to discuss the upcoming Spring Carnival. If you would like to volunteer, please attend this meeting! The agenda will be posted soon. We would love to have you!
New Landscaping Committee Needs Members!

Donations/Letter Writing Committee
Do you have the knack for chat or are you Zen with a pen? Then we need your help. PTSA as well as the Landscaping Committee need volunteers that can visit and/or write letters to stores, businesses, and members of our community to get much needed items donated to our school.
Scholastic Book Fair- March 12-25, 2010
Springtime means Book Fair time again. EKA's PTSA has raised over $9000 in books for our school thanks to EKA families supporting the Scholastic Book Fair! We need volunteers for this event as well. If you are able to give any of your time for set up, work during the fair, and tear down we would love the help.
Fine Art Gala- March 20th
Details of this event are still being planned. The goal is to have students develop a piece of art in any medium they desire and host an auction with the collection of art. Volunteers are needed.
All Fired Up Mother's Day Frames- April 21 and 22, 2010
Our experience painting holiday ornaments with All Fired Up was a great success, so we invited them back to help paint picture frames for Mother's Day. We will presale these to allow dads to surprise moms or grandmothers, etc. Price per frame will be $10 each. Time is TBD.
Spring Carnival- April 30, 2010
This year our carnival will have a Luau theme, so bring your best grass skirt forward! PTSA is planning the best carnival yet and would love your help to make it happen! Volunteers are needed for several carnival committees we are forming. Please e-mail astory1001@aol.com to find out which committee your skills will be best utilized with.
